Open 7 d Welcome to the first Yoga Studio to open in the Wairarapa.

Yes we are a Hot Yoga Studio. The balance of heat at 31 - 33 degrees with humidity provides a therapeutic environment to enhance the suppleness and natural movements of our bodies. The studio is open for classes everyday. Bookings via the website directs you to the classes. Website wwwhotyogaforyouwairarapa.co.NZ. Sharis combined years of experience as a NMT Massage Sports Therapist of 12 years providdd a great foundation to yoga as the knowledge of the body is imperative to teaching yoga. The studio opened in 2012 in a boutique studio in the Kuripuni Village of Masterton. Free parking in the village. With around 18 classes a week the Yoga Team provide a vast number of years of teaching experience for any new or well practiced yogi to enjoy. Follow us on FB. We have workshops, events, guests teaches, ceremonies and Yoga Soul Day Retreats. Recently we added a Qigong class on Sunday mornings with Shane. Shari grew up in the Wairarapa and has vast connections to many other health modalities and shares her knowledge of the area and connections to assist new people feeling welcomed to our region. Come join a class and explore the journey of yoga.
