• 2 cups milk of choice⁠
• 3 Tbsp grass-fed gelatine⁠
• 2 Tbsp collagen⁠
• 2 tsp matcha⁠
• 1 tsp vanilla⁠
• 2 Tbsp Mānuka honey⁠
⁠
Heat milk + gelatine + collagen → whisk matcha → combine with vanilla + honey → pour into moulds → chill → enjoy for 4–5 days.⁠
