Recipe:
* 1 tub Ricotta
* 1 Watermelon
* 6 Tbsp Mānuka honey
* 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
* 2 Tbsp Lime juice
* Zest of 1 lime
* 1/2 Tsp salt

How to:
1. Chop the watermelon into slices.
2. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle chilli powder and salt.
3. Spoon ricotta onto a large platter and drizzle with honey.
4. Add watermelon slices on top and drizzle with more honey.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of lime zest.
