A few months ago I started making deer velvet tincture and it’s amazing! After a few days my arthritis pain and swelling started to go and I had much more energy and stamina. I took the tincture for 3 months and now I’m having a month’s break before maybe starting it again. The arthritis completely went away and hasn’t come back, and the increased energy has stayed. I don't have the time, tools, material or experience to build a frame and box for a composting toilet so I had an idea to buy a commode and pop a urine diverter in it. I think it works really well. Bucket underneath at the back and maybe a skirt or something around it. The commode holds 130kg which is definitely stronger than anything I could make.

Hey! This is something I have been working hard on. Merging social science with spirituality to assist in healing, therapy, wellness and a deeper connection to ones own heart.
It is Wellington based and will be held on the 21st January, 2023.
It is a unique blend of evidence based practice in the field of Addiction and mental health with the unseen universal force of love that nature can connect us into.
It was born out of necessity. In my years working in the mental health sector I could see a gap. In my years of being in the mental health system I could FEEL the gap.
In the not to distant future I see therapy and counselling taking place in nature.
