Getting organised for the festival on Saturday? You can borrow my checklist!
BYO mat and props or please get in touch asap if you need to borrow anything. Togs and towel are essential if you are intending to sauna. Bring a travel cup if you'd like a hot drink and don't forget to bring your own plate and cutlery! We can't wait to see you soon!!!

Shared kai after the music - bring a plate if you want to stay, eat and chat.

Fingers crossed for a fine morning on Sunday! The season for Yoga in the Park is drawing to a close. You have two more chances to join us! This Sunday 8th March, 9.30am and weather permitting, the final session for this 'summer' will be Sunday 15th March. These classes will then resume on the first weekend in December. 🙏

Just a reminder, parking at the studio will be affected this week with The Golden Shears... Where possible, walk, cycle or get dropped off otherwise allow a bit of extra time if you have a car to park. It's not so baaaaad. 😉

Just a reminder, NO Yoga in the Park this weekend as I'm off to the Norsewood Yoga Festival on Sunday. Yoga in the Park will be back (weather permitting...) on 8th March. 🙏
