We have one life in this body, and it’s level of health can truly dictate the quality of the life that we lead.
There are some that do not have a choice about physical health, but most of us do. Do we then make choices to support the ongoing health and longevity of our bodies? Do we even know how to?
During our second workshop on the Foundations For Sustainable Wellness Weekend, we will address two of the leading causes for premature ageing, Injury and Inflammation.
We will provide you with some practical education about the body, the importance of moving with awareness and intention on multiple plains, diversifying how you strengthen and find flexibility and finding balance between the two. There will be plenty of opportunities to put that into practice and experience your strengths and weaknesses.
We will also discuss the root cause of so many modern diseases, inflammation. The smouldering fire that sometimes lingers without obvious signs and symptoms, slowly altering the biology of our bodies causing damage we cannot detect until it is too late. Diet, stress levels, lack of movement, sleep and exposure to environmental toxins are all associated to increased inflammation, we will support you to identify key areas in your life where inflammation may be coming from and give you practical tools to reverse their impacts.
Do you want to live your life free from the burden of pain and illness so you can put your precious energy into growth, performance happiness?
