This year I trained in Olga Newman’s Face Up course, and it was fascinating! Over the years I’ve been learning & up skilling all things natural beauty, and it’s time to share some this knowledge.

If you’re wanting to add some simple yet effective tools to your natural beauty repertoire, this workshop is for you!

During the workshop, we’ll explore the definition of embodied beauty, what it means to you personally and simple ways to develop an embodied beauty regime that goes beyond surface level aesthetic.

We’ll explore the harmonious relationship between the mind and body, and look at an integrative approach combining gua sha and face sculpting massage techniques, alongside mindfulness practices to help cultivate inner balance and outward radiance.

✨About the event✨

A nurturing community event of herbal tea and healing sound therapy for pregnant or postpartum women within the newborn period.

During the sacred time of pregnancy and postpartum it is important for both mum & bub to maintain a relaxed state of being. There are numerous benefits towards brain development, positive birthing outcomes, a healthy mother & baby bond, improved breastfeeding, reduced risk of postpartum depression and so much more.

Babies within the newborn stage (up to 3 months old) are welcomed and encouraged to come with you. This is a special bonding time for the two of you and you'll both reap the benefits of crystal sound healing, herbal infusions, meditation & connection. You're welcome to gently sway, bounce, breastfeed or simply drift off to sleep with your little one. We invite you to sit back, get comfortable and soak in some mama-nurturing time... Let us fill your cup, so you can continue to pour your love to those around you.
