If I could go back and tell my younger self one thing, it would be this…You don’t need to punish yourself for what you ate.You don’t need to train till you’re broken to have a productive workout. And the number on the scale?It doesn’t get to decide how you feel about yourself today.Your best will look different every day. What matters is that you showed up and gave what you could with the energy you had today. That’s still 100%.Because strength isn’t about going to extremes.It’s about showing up consistently, being kind to yourself, and following a plan that supports the lifestyle you want to create. A moment I’ll always want to be reminded of – officially reaching B grade in squash šŸ™Œ

I didn’t grow up playing, so it didn’t come naturally; which honestly I LOVE, starting something from the bottom and working my way up - lots of coaching, lots of losses, lots of growth and a genuine love for the game.

Over the past year, I shifted my gym training to focus on sport-specific work: strength, agility, and explosive movement — and it’s made a significant difference to how I move on court.

I truly believe there’s something to learn from every coaching style, and I’ve been lucky enough to learn from who I believe are some of the best.

I celebrate the small wins always… and now, I get to celebrate the bigger ones too.
The goal this year wasn’t a grade — it’s been about continuing to improve my game, the ā€˜letter’ is just the bonus!
1% better every day.

With the new year comes new beginnings….. although it was a hard decision to make I have chosen to finish running my PTn business from home; this gives me the space to focus on new ventures and leaves me open to opportunities that are aligned for me.

Healthy Nachos (380 Calories)  Ingredients: Chilli mince100g Mince 1/3 Tin of a Crushed tomatoes Mushrooms, Onion, Capsi...

Healthy Nachos (380 Calories)

Ingredients:

Chilli mince
100g Mince
1/3 Tin of a Crushed tomatoes
Mushrooms, Onion, Capsicum
Spices (To taste)
Chilli Flakes
Cumin
Paprika
Garlic

Nacho Chips
1 Snack Wrap
15g Cheese

Directions

1.Spray pan with cooking spray
, on a medium heat add chopped onions and cook

2. Add spices then remaining veges slowly stirring

3. Turn heat up slightly and Brown 100g lean beef mince

4. Add 1/3 tin chopped tomatoes
and simmer gently until cooked

Wrap chips
Preheat oven to 180 Fan bake

1.Grate 15g cheese onto your wrap

2. Cut wrap into slices

3. Bake till desired crispness
