Come along and join us for a unique experience of rest, relaxation and release. No Yoga experience needed. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice, where you are mainly seated or lying down and props are provided to support your physical body. It is incredibly relaxing.

Our beautiful weekly Yin practise will look a little different this term...

Due to other commitments I will be teaching pop-up Yin Yoga classes, rather than our usual weekly classes. I'll post on FB when teaching a pop-up class (plus Becky and I will have our Yin Yoga Mini-Retreats). If you would like to be added to my list of regular contacts who I can message as soon as the next class is confirmed, please let me know.

Our first pop-up class will be on Tuesday 11th February 7pm-8pm at the Heritage Room, Firth Tower. There is limited space, please message me via Matamata Yoga or 0212622767, to book your space. The cost of a class is $15.

Yin Yoga is a gentle, restorative practice that invites deep relaxation, mindfulness, and the release of tension through long-held, soothing poses, fostering both physical flexibility and inner peace. Suitable for beginners and beyond.

Hi, my yoga teaching term has come to an early end this year as I am having surgery. My classes have now finished.

Unfortunately our Christmas Retreat is also cancelled.

Waikato Meditation have this amazing Meditation Retreat coming up at Raglan on the weekend of 15/16/17 November. The cost of the whole weekend is $70. Accomodation is available onsite if needed and is a separate cost. Check out their page for more information and to book. I'll be heading over for a night.
