First, we can provide a cancellation process and have you sign authority to ensure your previous Alarm Monitoring Company will release your account information and provide your alarms installer access code. This will allow our technician to program and set up the Alarm Monitoring accounts as per your requirements. (FREE of charge) Secondly, on the changeover Day we will fully service your alarm for free, to ensure its all correctly set up and operating reliably and to specification. (Usually this service is $150.00 inc. GST) If you have recently added Broadband we may need to add a broadband splitter. This to avoid the alarms connection to the phone line slowing your broadband.
