The Pohlen Real Homes and Gardens Tour would not be possible without the dedication of our volunteer committee. This passionate team invests countless hours to bring the event to life - from planning the route and securing stunning homes and gardens, to ensuring every detail runs smoothly on the day.

It is a true team effort, with each member contributing their skills, creativity, and commitment to make this much-loved event a success.

🌸 Celebrating Our Amazing Homeowners! 🌸

The Pohlen Real Homes and Gardens Tour was a huge success this past Saturday, giving our community a chance to explore 10 stunning homes and gardens - from traditional homesteads to modern builds and beautifully refurbished properties.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible homeowners for opening their doors and sharing their spaces - your generosity made this event possible! Behind the scenes, our committee and Pohlen Foundation team worked tirelessly to create a seamless and enjoyable day for everyone, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

Visitors also enjoyed local pop-up vendors offering food, gifts, flowers, and more - a lovely touch as we head into the festive season!

Thanks to everyone who attended and supported the tour, helping us raise nearly $30,000 for Pohlen Hospital. Together, we’re making a real difference for our community.

Join us for a relaxed summer evening of wine, cheese, and great company out at Syd Workman’s beautiful property overlooking Matamata!

🧀 Enjoy insights from a cheese judge as you sample delicious cheeses, plus your ticket includes two complimentary drinks and cheese and crackers to start the night right.

🍷 Food trucks will have tasty eats on offer, and the bar will be stocked with wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options — EFTPOS available. Bring cash for raffles which will be drawn on the night.
