Kerry was only sleeping between 1-4 hours a night for over 20+ years!!

I knew straight away the Adrenal's would be effected and got to work.

We talked about diet, past trauma and more to find the route cause.
Kerry was otherwise super healthy and she felt very relaxed after the session... To the point....

She slept 6 hours last night 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I had such a lovely experience with the wonderful Emma from Pure Healing yesterday! 💆‍♀️✨
We swapped a Bella-Me facial for a Pure healing reflexology session. It was my first reflexology experience ever and I enjoyed every bit!
It was so fascinating to see how intentionally focused the work was on each point and how intune she is to whats going on in the body👣
Emma radiates such positive energy, she's a total vibe 😍 and I really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to share it.
I was left feeling rejuvenated and so grateful for the lovely connections this work brings 🤍

Anyone going down this journey this man has just proven my point over vit D and much more.
So glad to see him doing the research for us.

I've been using Wild Yam Cream for a month and I'm already noticing results.

Wanding water? This water is "activated" with frequencies.
This helps the body absorb frequency better and can help with hydration and more. Usually I would use the wand too but today we are doing Reflexology and I know my client always needs a good hydration after my work. 😘
