Previous aged care or healthcare experience preferred (but not essential)
Level 3 or 4 Health & Wellbeing qualification (or willingness to work towards)
Kind, patient, and respectful approach to elder care
Reliable and able to work independently
Good English communication and teamwork skills
Eligibility to work in New Zealand

This afternoon we took a short walk down to the Christmas grotto. Drinking hot chocolate, making Christmas decorations and taking photos with Santa 🎅. Lots of laughs and smiles were made ❤️

This morning we were fortunate to have some little singers from kaipara kids come and sing us some Christmas carols. Their little voices made our residents have some big smiles. 😁 thank you kaiapra kids for the lovely Christmas carols. ❤️

On the 30th of November we hosted a early Christmas lunch for our residents family's who will not be able to celebrate with them on Christmas day. we had mark and his fellow musician came in and play some Christmas songs and one hit wonders, which we all sang along to and even some family members had a boogie. it was such a fantastic day filled with love, joy and laughter. they all really enjoyed the lovely food and activities. Thank you all who came and enjoyed this special day with us ❤️❤️❤️
