This morning we celebrated Eileen's birthday, today she's 85 years young 😉. Morning tea contained of a super yummy cake for everyone to enjoy. Happy birthday Eileen and wishing you a wonderful day ❤️x

yesterday we took a trip to pahi and sat under the fig tree while enjoying some good old fish and chips. everyone enjoyed their time being out and about.

we had petals entertainment and puppet show preform to us today. Many of our residents really enjoyed it. Plenty of smilling faces and giggles. 😁

Today was full of Christmas joy, we had our residents Christmas morning tea which included some yummy treats 😋 while we were having morning tea, we were surprised with some kiddies from kaipara kids to sing us some Christmas carols. They all had beautiful singing voices, following our morning tea we went Anglican church to see Santa's grotto. It was absolutely amazing! Face painting to decorating cookies and painting Christmas trees and of course seeing Santa 🎅 plenty of smiling faces all day .

This was our last trip for the year, waipu museum and fish and chips on the beach. Everyone had a good time and have full tummy's 🙂

Here at the rest home we have been getting abit Christmas festive with decorating our bedroom doors , making Christmas cards and even small Christmas trees. Thank you again for everyone who donated to our Christmas door decorations ❤️ enjoy some photos we have taken on the way 😊
