Thank you so, so much to those of you that have either donated money, offered your time or sent us your love. We are overwhelmed with the love and support that has been sent our way already and I'm really hopeful that along with finishing our house we will also be able to build at least a couple of cabins for the retreat.

We have been offered some wonderful things from people for us as a family to use. As lovely as they are we do not 'need' these things so we have decided to auction them off to raise money purely for the retreat. All of the items will be promoted through our page for the retreat New Beginnings Eco Retreat and hopefully will close on the same day as our crowdfunding campaign which is actually Bill's birthday.

We have quite a few things already here in NZ and also in the UK that will be up for auction. However to raise as much money as possible for the retreat it would be great to have some more. So again I'm asking for your help and if any of you can donate something for the auction we will be eternally grateful. It could be anything. So far we have weekends away in holiday homes in NZ, Australia and the UK, massages, hairdressing vouchers, holistic therapies, artwork, signed memorabilia, tickets to major sporting events, dinners in fancy restaurants etc, etc. We have a huge amount of followers in the UK aswell as NZ so items in the UK will be greatly appreciated.

Please pm me on here or at nataliestone78@yahoo.co.uk if you would like to help with this. The retreat is the reason why we are here (on the Kaipara Harbour and for me here in this lifetime) and we really want to be able to see this project through.

Not really that keen on the title but please share this everyone. As it clearly explains not because we want people to feel sorry for us but because we feel it's important that our story is made public. We are very positive about what's happened recently. I admire Bill tremendously for the huge decision he had to make about not having chemotherapy, it took incredible strength and if anyone can do this it's Bill. I'm sure he will be an inspiration to many.

Family Yoga tomorrow at St John's Ambulance. 3.00pm - 3.45pm $10 for the whole family!

For the foreseeable future there will only be one Kids Yoga class on a Monday.

I will be running a combined class for all age groups from 3.00pm - 3.45pm.

It will be similar to the Family Class that has been running. The cost will be $10 for the whole family and parents/granparents are most welcome to join in aswell or you can drop your children off as normal. No matter how many members of the family want to join in it is only $10 for the whole family 😊

Starting back this Monday.

New Kids Yoga Classes coming to Mangawhai!...
Starting the beginning of next term on Friday 29th July at Mangawhai Library Hall.

2.00pm - 2.35pm Family Yoga $8 for the whole family.
A kids based class but the parents/grandparents join in and do yoga with the children. A wonderful experience for all and great for those that love yoga but struggle with childcare.

3.00pm - 3.45pm 5-8 year olds $10

3.45pm - 4.30pm 9-14 year olds $10

Kids Yoga is beneficial in so many ways and works on every level but as far as the kids are concerned they are just having fun.
Each class is age specific but we always start with breathing techniques, so important and a great tool for them to use outside of class. Then we either go on yoga journeys to the zoo, outer space, on safari, to the circus etc or we play yoga games, do partner yoga, acro yoga, yoga craft etc. We always finish with meditation/relaxation again a vital skill so needed in their busy lives and they absolutely love it!
