Morena yogi friends and whanau, due to unavailability of yoga instructors we have decided to cap off our mission bay sessions for the summer. Thus there will be no Saturday class this week. Thank you for joining us over the summer season! We have really enjoyed getting limber, centred, and energized by the beach with all of you! Enjoy the rest of this beautiful sunshine. Namaste 🙏🏼

Hello dear friends and yogi's, we will be pausing our weekly Saturday yoga sessions over the long weekends for Auckland Anniversary and Waitangi Day. Sessions will commence the following week on 12th of February.

Hello dearest yogis! Last Saturday we moved indoors to a beautiful little location on Dominion Road. However, the studio has limited capacity and would require a certain number of attendees to cover the hire of the new location which we cannot guarantee as we are koha based.

After careful consideration, the team at OCY have decided that we will conclude our yoga classes over the autumn and winter and review again to commence our outdoor sessions when we get closer to the warmer months.

Thank you for joining us thus far, we have absolutely loved sharing yoga with all of you! Namaste 🧘‍♂️❤️
