What I have noticed a lot more lately, and it’s not exactly a new thing, is that people are afraid to slow down. That it might be a sign of weakness. The pressure of society has a huge role to play in this, along with the stress of what the pandemic has given us, current health issues and trying to make “life work”.
Your body doesn’t lie, but you need to pay attention. Fatigued? Sore? Can’t sleep? Menstrual issues? Are you constantly sick lately? Have a listen to those signs. How can you slow down to help reduce those symptoms? Our bodies are incredible if we just let them have their say. 💕
