I love a creamy milky tea or cacao. Lately I have been making this h**p milk and realised if I add some cashews it helps is to feel creamy. I would love to be drinking real milk but my body just cannot process it. I like to know what's in the food I am eating and I cannot be assed with nut milk bags or any straining so h**p milk it is. Just blend and go 🥛👌. Great nutrient profile of h**p too, high in omegas, healthy fat and protein.
