Daily life with a child with several Neurological Disorders makes for an interesting and often challenging time. There are many positives too: I’ve learnt years ago to look at things from many different angles, celebrating the little wins that others wouldn’t even think of as a win (success at being able to pronounce a word that might’ve taken 2 years of speech therapy to learn or to master how to use a zip to name a few) I’m also so grateful to have learnt some fascinating things and this is just one example. Us humans are so complex & interesting!!!

Looking for something different to do this Sunday afternoon?! Pop up dance in the park is now happening at the Mt Scouts Hall as the sunny weather is forecast to have a little break on Sunday and there’s rain expected. I’m stoked that we can still host this and the Scouts hall is such a cosy & inviting space! Wear your comfiest clothes whether that’s a sequin dress or trackies & uggs, whatever you feel like on the day! Bring your smile and come along for some fun & laughter with a mix of a facilitator led warm up then your own expressive dance to an eclectic mix of music! All welcome! Xox 🩵🩵🩵

Thank you to our divine teacher Becca and my fellow dancers, I love you all so much and it was such a buzz to perform with you all last night! Monday nights have been the highlight of my week getting to dance & laugh with you all! Looking forward to carrying on once Mumma Becca is ready and so stoked our dance family is expanding x

Happy 21st birthday to our awesome first born Alani Grace!!! You decided to arrive 7 weeks early and have been early to things ever since! You’ve always been such a character and we love your kind heart, compassion for others, originality, authenticity and how you are kind & friendly to everyone you meet and nothing really phases you! You’ve faced some obstacles along the way, we are so proud of you and look forward to seeing what else you achieve with your creativity & talents & passion! Love you! X

So excited to be co facilitating these classes starting this week in Tauranga!!! My colleague Katrina & I are very proud to be able to offer opportunities to children & young adults of ALL abilities a chance to express themselves in a safe & welcoming environment!
