Whether you're here to flow, rest, grow, or connect, House of Wellness is your place to come home to yourself. Our studio is light, calm & clean.

We offer over 20 yoga classes per week taught by 8 experienced teachers with a range of styles and backgrounds and so much to share. Facilities include 13 parks behind the building, changing rooms, washroom, shower, mats and all equipment.

I haven’t known what to post these past few days..

Our hearts are with everyone who has been affected by the recent tragedy.

The landslides have shaken our community deeply, and we hold so much love for those who have lost their lives, their loved ones, and their sense of safety.

In moments like these, we can feel helpless. We wish we could do more, be closer, take the pain away.

Energy, intention, and love are powerful.
What we hold in our hearts matters. Let us come together in this way. Let us hold the people impacted in our thoughts. Let us send strength, and care to all who are hurting.

Light a candle. Pause for a moment. Hold them gently in your heart. Let your love travel where words and actions cannot.
