Hello my wonderful Clients and friends, I very much miss seeing you all. I hope you are somehow able to see the silver lining in this Covid cloud and are managing to do things a little differently in a positive way.

This will be a great time to manage your own health and well-being by keeping active , self massage eg foam rolling , trigger point balls and working on mobility. The free to air Les Mills Body Balance class is a goodie to add into your weekly routine and manageable for most.
On a daily include essential movement , fresh air , sunshine, Beautiful belly breaths, plenty of water , yummy nutritious food and of course some laughter.
A nightly gargle with 1 cap of Apple cider vinegar or lemon in half a cup of warm water can also help to prevent bacteria in the throat , preventing any nasties entering the system.
The team at Body In Motion Health are still holding ph or online consultations so if you have any accidents, injuries, aches or pain concerns you can contact them also. They offer online Pilates as well.
