One of my favourite classes I teach! These 10 ladies are resilient, strong and inspiring in every way - and they’re not afraid to try new things, including Pilates. Best of all they’re heaps of fun! 🤩

Clients receiving PINC & STEEL cancer rehab input are given the opportunity to experience the benefits of a 6-week Reformer Pilates class at a reduced cost at our Mount studio. An excellent way to continue working on strength and mobility as well as breathing and mindful movement in a safe and supportive environment. While boosting their confidence, our goal is to keep people engaged in some form of physical activity as a life long choice. It's awesome to be able to use Pilates and see theses ladies enjoying coming together as a group and have a laugh too.

Mums & Bubs class with Shelley starts Thursday in Mount Maunganui studio.

A fun class which runs on Thursdays in our Mount Maunganui Mat studio (Kaha room), where Mums attend with their babies and enjoy the many benefits exercise has to offer as a duo. Your Instructor Shelley has many years experience in Post natal exercise. She offers a fusion class with a mix of Yoga, Pilates and gentle Barre exercise to bring you a unique workout to replenish your body after pregnancy. The classes are suitable from 6 weeks postpartum and babies/children up to school age can be brought along. Anything can happen in this class so come prepared to stretch, relax and enjoy the fun with other Mums.
