Aren’t we blessed to have taste buds and reeaallly enjoy yummy flavours not just shovel food down for fuel.

These meals I’d say are largely winter warming meals with a few hints of spring! I tend to stay away from too many raw things in the winter and focus on soups and broths and slow cook meals.

You can see I love kimchi!

I view weight loss quite differently to the typical ‘eat less and move more approach’. Rather I see weight loss as a bi-product of a healthy body. When we focus on the whole system weight seems to be a natural flow on.

And so we focus on all areas of health in order to provide the optimal environment to thrive. We look at blood sugars, the nervous system, movement, sleep, s*x hormones, gut health and thyroid function.

We’ve had some awesome results in our current group who are almost 6 weeks in 🥰🥹

Stoked to finally release this guide! 🙌🏽 After having my own journey with acne and reeeaalllly understanding the frustration it can cause I’m thrilled to provide you with a comprehensive guide to address acne.

Acne truly is an external sign of an internal imbalance. Sometimes it can take some digging to figure out what’s going on but there will always be an underlying driver. That's why this guide is so helpful as all the common root factors are discussed. Providing you with practical solutions to implement now.

Topical solutions can make a difference but it’s the inside that needs to be addressed in order to allow the root cause to be fixed. I recommend everyone to for topical solutions and treatments.

I’m yet to see a client who hasn’t seen an improvement in their skin from making these changes.

Autoimmune conditions can be pretty gnarly but there is always a reason why the immune system has become so active that’s it’s started to attack its own body. This typically relates back to what is going on in the gut.

Seeing Mike come off the likes of methotrexate and other anti-inflammatories medications and be ticking along so well a few months down the track is epic!

He is largely symptom free with the odd ni**le in his elbows and hips. His CRP (general inflammatory marker) is currently lower than what it was when he was on all the meds! 🙌🏽

Do you struggle with migraines? They can be SO debilitating! Once again - there’s always a reason WHY so once you can figure out the driving cause and address that the migraines should go. As we’ve seen here with Wendy 🥰

A few pointers for migraines/headaches:
- hydrate well with 2L of mineralised water. Concentrated mineral drops are key here
- address any gut dysfunction
- stabilise your blood sugar levels
- supplement with methylated Bs
- manage stress levels

Hi Facebook community! I have some exciting news to share - I have re-launched my business as Pheno Nutrition.

‘Pheno’ is short for phenotype which describes the expression of our genes. We know this is hugely influenced by environmental factors - diet, sleep, movement, stress, toxins. At the core, Pheno is all about improving your environment to allow your genes to be expressed in the best way possible.

As a Nutritionist I see the best results when a holistic approach to health is taken, supporting people in living how they were designed to - in optimal health. This is why I have situated myself in a multi-disciplinary clinic and prescribe diet, lifestyle and supplement advice to clients to support them on their health journey.
