Choose the right light- the range of 630-670nm and 810-890nm is optimal to create cellular change. Our SOHL pod has630nm, 660nm, 810nm, 830nm and 850nm.
Find your rhythm- 2-3 times a week in a pod is a great starting point. With a panel you may need it daily to get the right dosage of light.
Coverage- Red Light works directly on the cells its exposed to (and there is some systemic effect) so the bigger the coverage area the better.
Stay consistent- Like any wellness practice, regularity brings the best results.
