Yoga can be suitable for everyone, just listen to your body and do what you can. Looking forward to practising with you very soon and hope you are having a wonderful Summer break! ☀ We have been open for the last two Sundays again but will be temporarily closing until renovations permit. Looking forward to welcoming you back into the space very soon, hopefully no later than July!!

Yes class is on tonight and starting a little later for those Labour Day swim dips. New start time is 6.45pm. Yoga is for everyone, a couple of spots left if you have never tried it but would like to give it a go 😀 A great way to unwind and connect in a relaxed atmosphere.

Weekend workshops are coming soon with Carol and Kathy. I often attended Kathy's class at Massey Gym and she is now running Yoga and health retreats all over Auckland.
