This week marks the final week of in-school swabbing for the term. Swabbing will resume as usual when students return to school. In the meantime, we will be operating from the office five days a week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 2:00pm!!

So if you or your whanau require swabbing, you’re more than welcome to come and see us.

If you or your whānau would like to sign up to our FREE throat swabbing prevention programme, we welcome all ages to take part.
Our team runs a scheduled routine visiting 6 local schools across our rohe (see post below for days – times may vary). We also offer community swabbing from Thursday and Friday during the week.
Strep throat can lead to rheumatic fever if left untreated, but it is completely preventable. A simple, quick throat swab can help detect the strep bacteria early so treatment can begin straight away.
