As we wrap up an incredibly busy year in clinic, I just want to say the biggest thank you 🤍

From welcoming new faces, investing in new technology (hello laser 👋🏼), completing countless trainings, travelling overseas to learn, and studying towards my Community Nurse Prescribing - this year has been one of growth, learning, and big milestones.

None of this would be possible without the ongoing support, trust, and encouragement from each and every one of you. I am so grateful for this amazing community and for allowing me to do what I truly love every day.

✨ Holiday Closure:
The clinic will be closed from 19 December to 13 January while I take a short break to reset and recharge.

I can’t wait to come back refreshed and ready for an exciting 2026. I have so much planned and I’m so excited to share what’s coming next.

As the weather warms up, your skin needs a different kind of care. Here’s what to focus on to keep it healthy, glowing and protected all summer long:

1. SPF every day, and reapply.
UV exposure is stronger in summer, and even incidental sun can accelerate collagen breakdown, pigmentation and fine lines. A broad-spectrum sunscreen should be part of your morning routine every day, even if you’re not heading to the beach. Tinted sunscreens containing iron oxide, such as TiZO are also going help protect and reduce pigmentation as well as provide a fresh glow if you're wanting a makeup free day!

2. Lightweight hydration.
Swap heavy creams for lighter, hydrating formulas that won’t clog pores. Look for ingredients like hyaluronic acid and niacinamide to keep your skin plump without excess oil.

3. Antioxidants are your skin’s bodyguard.
Vitamin C or antioxidant serums help defend against free radicals caused by UV and heat exposure, keeping your skin tone even and bright. My favs being iSClinical Proheal Serum and their Brightening Complex.
