The Circles this week have got me all fired up 🔥🔥🔥
I'm passionate about the unique gifts everyone has and the importance of those gifts in making this crazy world work smoothly.
So this week was all about recognising your own capacity and potential ⚡️⚡️⚡️

We have a tendency to look outside us for answers, for a saviour, for a dopamine hit.
But for me the real steady sustenance is always within 🧡

Recognising the amazing transformative powers in the human body and allowing it the space to do its work to fuel us is important work when we are tempted to outsource our drive. This is even more important in the year of personal power - the one we are in right now.

So next time you are tired, look within and check where you have minimised your capacity for energy 🙏🏻

Does that sound like you? 🤔🤔🤔

The truth is that if you are self-employed your first job is being a business owner and your second job is being an employee.
You have to find a way to prioritise the time to work ON your business not just IN your business. Yes, you love your work ❤️ but it needs to support you too.

Getting the foundations in place means you have the structure, do-able processes and a plan of where you are going. You are the boss!

That's what the Business Incubator gives you. You have confidence, goals, support and can measure your progress.

We have expressions of interest open for our next round and are considering online options with the price of fuel and to support people outside of Napier.

Sarah Little has been living in Hawke's Bay for 6 years and is from Limerick, Ireland.

She was drawn to yoga practice over a decade ago and has had the pleasure of teaching parttime for 3 years.
She has recently completed her 200HYTT and is now furthering her studies of Yoga with a 300HYTT. 
Her love for movement has also  ignited her love for dance, especially Tango, which she has been teaching for over 2 years .

Sarah blends her understanding of alignment from her years of dancing and teaching Tango into her unique Gentle Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga flows.

Through out her class her emphasis is on listening to and creating a deep friendship between mind and body.
She cultivates this through grounded, safe  movements and through curated sequences and transitions for each class.

Sarah is excited to see where this path will lead, as she continues to be curious and follow her joy. She is about to run another Introduction to Yoga 6 week class at Be Different Studio.
