So, I was trying to fix the mosquito net around my window when a tiny metal fragment fell into the centre of my eye. It was the first time this had ever happened, what's the chances being in India og. I tried to remove it, but it just wouldn't
budge. I first went to the chemist, but they didn't have what l needed, so I saw an ENT doctor since that was the closest option.
Eventually, I went to the vision hospital, an hour away in a taxi and an optometrist examined my eye. When she pulled out the needle, I thought,
"Oh my gosh, is she really going to
poke my eye?" I definitely pulled back from the machine, and the nurse reassured me to stay calm. In that moment, I had to connect to my breath and trust the process. Thankfully, she used the side of the needle and gently removed the fragment.
She was highly skilled, and I was so grateful.
Even though I was nervous, I felt a deep sense of calm and grounding throughout the entire event, thanks to my yoga practice. It really helped me stay centred the whole time.
Yoga is not just about being on the mat. It's truly a lifestyle. It brings stability in all areas of ya life.

Thursday classes have been the highlight of my week - filled with laughter, loads of fun, and so much depth. You've all made teaching an incredible journey, and I'll carry the memories with me. Gentle yoga - slow and mindful practice that focuses on the breath.
