At DSD when doing a tricky shade we like to get our patients back to make sure the colour and shape are spot on. This crown needed just minor adjustments before we finished.

This patient needed a crown, she wanted the colour matched to her other central and the gap closed.
We did a custom shade match and this is the photo at the try in stage. We made a few minor changes to the shape and colour and the patient was very happy

As you can see its a dramatic change and a happy patient, dentist and technician

One of our patients had a missing tooth and due to decay he was having a further 4 anterior teeth extracted. The patient asked for a natural looking partial denture.
We added custom staining to the denture teeth and custom gum tinting to the pink acrylic. This helped the denture blend in with both his existing teeth and gums.
We were really happy with the result and so was the patient.

This patient had an existing crown and wasn't happy with the shape or colour. We took a custom shade at our lab and made a new more suitable crown. There was some staining at the incisal edge the patient didn't want us to copy so not a 100% match but a great result in our opinion and a happy patient and Dentist.

Here is a case we did a little while ago.

The patient is a bruxist and had worn down their teeth considerably. His dentist sent his models to us and we designed a full mouth proposal to improve function of eating and also improve aesthetics.

We provided the patient and his dentist with moulds of before and after as well as a tryin so they could see the changes in the mouth.

The patient loved the proposal so we provided his dentist with a set of injection molding guides, so this could be replicated in the mouth with direct composite veneers and onlays.

This process took a couple of weeks but the the final composite veneers and onlays were fully restored in a few hours by the dentist.
