Alex’s Qi gong workshop is $150 for 2 hours of comprehensive Qi gong training. I will teach the entire 18 exercises of the Shi Ba Shi and am going live today with my YouTube channel that will show all exercises. If participants would like to watch prior to our training sessions.

Saturday 7th December 7-9 am. Ahuriri Beach.

Then everyone is invited to join me for breakfast for an eat and learn at the East Pier!! Breakfast not included. Join for a coffee too!

People can ask any questions related to Qi gong, TCM or neurosciences.
