Yoga translated into to English can mean to join, that is my goal, for us to Join together and learn to love ourselves and others deeply. LYT-promotes all things yoga, self discovery and curiosity, health a

nd well being, and creating community. She has always dreamed of being a yoga teacher and now her dreams have become a reality, now it is time for her to share her knowledge and experiences with everyone that wants to be apart of this journey. Sarah wants to create a space where an interest in health and self discovery can blossom into meaningful relationships with other students. Students are encouraged to stay after class for a chat and a cuppa, and try her treat of the week. If this sounds like a bit of you, or resonates with a. part of you that desires: healthy change, meaningful relationships with locals or a healthy body and mind. I have jalso ust started up at teaching the Rise and Shine Saturday class on a rotation with the other teachers there - its such a beautiful space 😍

Some ideas are still brewing, so grateful to be on this journey.

Super excited to join this beautiful group

For the last year or so our collective of teachers have been sharing our Saturday morning class, Rise and Shine. We are delighted to welcome Sarah Little onto the Saturday morning teaching schedule, she will be teaching this Saturday 14th March.

Sarah Little has been living in Hawke's Bay for 6 years and is from Limerick, Ireland.

She was drawn to the practice of yoga over a decade ago and has had the pleasure of teaching part time for 3 years. She has recently completed her 200HYTT and is now furthering her studies of Yoga with a 300HYTT.

Her love for movement has also ignited her love for dance, especially Tango, which she has been teaching for over 2 years .

Sarah is excited to see where this path will lead, as she continues to be curious and follow her joy.

Rise and Shine Yoga every Saturday morning 8.30am. Bookings via The Yoga Space website.

Its been such a great start to the year!
It's such a privilege to hold space and journey along side each of you on your Yoga Journey.

Just an update an some classes I am teaching regularly
10am Mondays Heretaunga Women's Centre
10am Tuesdays Be Different Studio (6 week course)
5:30pm Tuesdays Puketapu Church Hall
One on Ones through out the week
