🍂 My Secret Garden ~ Autumn Schedule 2026 🍂

As the seasons turn and energy begins to soften and draw inward, our Autumn schedule invites you into a rhythm of grounding, nourishment, and steady practice.

Our weekly offerings continue to hold space for breath, rest, strength, healing and connection ~ with a small shift this season. .essence.nz Tuesday 7pm Hatha class with Ninoska will be resting for Autumn, as she takes a well deserved day off each week.

Sundays are now devoted to deeper connection, with three monthly circles woven into the rhythm of My Secret Garden:

~ First Sunday: Cacao Ceremony with Michelle & Tomàs

~ Second Sunday: Beneath the Surface Women’s Circle with Shanti

~ Third Sunday: T-Series Breathwork Ceremony with Tomàs

Alongside these, My Secret Garden will continue to bloom with pop-up classes, workshops and special events throughout the season ~ as always.

Come as you are, find your place, and move with the season.

A tool set for connection with consciousness

This workshop offers a grounded and accessible introduction to Ta**ra ~ not as something performative, but as a practice of presence, awareness and connection.

An invitation to slow down, to feel, and to explore connection ~ with yourself and others in a conscious and held space.

Autumn Equinox Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a special Autumn Equinox gathering as we honour the ancient harvest festival of Mabon ~ the moment in the wheel of the year when light and dark stand in perfect balance.

This is a time to pause, take stock, and acknowledge what the season of light has brought into our lives.

As the light begins to soften and the days slowly shorten, nature begins its quiet turning inward ~ drawing its energy back down into the roots beneath the earth.

Together we gather to harvest the wisdom of the season, honour the balance of the equinox, and begin the gentle process of returning to the roots.

Through ceremonial Mama Cacao, movement, breathwork and guided reflection, we create space to slow down, reconnect and deepen our roots as the season begins to turn.

🌹 A little reflection on boundaries 🌹

When was the last time you checked in with your own time and energy?

After being sick this past week and realising how quickly messages pile up when I slow down, it felt like a good moment to reflect on my own boundaries.

As a single mum and a one woman business owner, my life is very full. I’m raising two beautiful boys, running my studio, supporting multiple teachers and classes each week, teaching at another yoga studio, and managing several yoga social media accounts.

Because of this, I’m not always able to reply to messages immediately and I’m not available 24/7.

Evenings are usually spent either teaching yoga with my little one beside me, or being fully present with my children at home.

When I do have time away from parenting, you’ll sometimes find me in other people’s classes being held and supported - or sober on a dance floor shaking it out.

If you’re reaching out about renting the studio or offering something here, it really helps if your message includes clear questions or details, so I can respond more efficiently.

I truly love supporting our community and the beautiful things people want to create here at My Secret Garden.

If I’m slow to respond, please assume I’m busy being a mum, running a business, moving my body or simply resting.

A gentle reminder for all of us:
