This Saturday the 17th, we’re back on the mat for our 9:00 am yoga practice at .secret.garden.nz after a few weeks off.
We’re ready to keep starting our weekends with energy, clarity, and a sense of ease.
I’d love to practice with you.

🪾 DESCENDING 🪾 ~ A return to self

Cacao Ceremony | Sunday 5th April | 6~8pm

Join us for an intimate evening as we gather in the quiet turning of the season ~ as the clocks shift and the evenings begin to draw in.

This is a subtle threshold ~ where the light no longer stretches as far, and we begin to feel the gentle pull inward.

As daylight savings comes to an end, we lose an hour of evening light ~ a noticeable shift that marks the beginning of the darker months ahead.

The mornings arrive a little brighter, but the evenings close in sooner ~ and with that, a soft awareness that the lighter season is behind us.

There is a sense of holding on ~ of savouring the last of the warmth, while feeling the light retreat earlier from the day ~ something deeper beginning to call us back toward ourselves.

In nature, energy begins to move downward ~ drawn back into the roots beneath the earth.
And we are invited to do the same.

Together we create space to slow down, reconnect, and begin this gentle descent inward.

Through ceremonial Mama Cacao, movement, breathwork, meditation and guided journaling, we deepen, ground, and return to self.
