2023 the year that has shown me so much about life but mostly tackling cancer from a place of love not fear & using a very powerful modality to help me find the ROOT CAUSE behind it 💗

I never expected how much the Big C would teach me 🥹

Honestly the biggest “Self Love” journey ever so much about me and I’m talking about the real me, life, true love, motherhood, core values, beliefs, my inner strength, clear boundaries, intuition, energy, leading with love no matter what and connecting with my higher self on the deepest level ever 🌺

Not only did the Big C teach me so much but also my beautiful Amarlia she really is my biggest universal teacher for life, my WHY and she sure is setting me up to become the best version of me bless her even whilst I yo-yo up and down through battles and wins from the roller coaster 🎢 of life especially this past year!!!

2018 when I got pregnant i was told the day you give birth to your child will be the greatest gift you could receive on so so so many levels and I 100% believe that even in the darkest and most challenging moments we’ve gone through with each other she still showers me with unconditional love, zero judgment, joy and happiness 🫶🏼🥰🌼🤸🏼‍♀️

Becoming more my true authentic self comes with lots of highs and lots of lows as personal growth isn’t for the faint hearted, you loose people along the way from personal/spiritual growth and slowly you end up outgrowing them BUT I’m here for more than mediocre, I’m here too connect with powerful individuals wanting to make a difference whilst here on planet earth and too truly live in the moment even if it is a challenge esp when you trying too not worry about anything else, trying too put yourself 💯 first it sure doesn’t come smooth sailing!

2023 you have been a big test but every day I remind myself why I am still here and it's because I kept on going, didn’t quit on the hard days and learnt to really truly surrender, let go of everything and anything that I can not control to break free from anything that no longer serves me for my highest purpose, move forward in a Ease and Flow state and choose me 110% more now then ever before WHY because I have a beautiful girl looking up at me, I’m not allowing the Big C to control my life and I’m choosing to not exist.

After a roller coaster 🎢 of a year it surprises me still how little I know and how much there still is to learn when you step outside the box
Here are 44 truths about life I have learned this year with the help of Miss Pink, The Big C and a few others....

🦄 You must love yourself first and talk nicely to yourself. Self-talk changes everything.
💦 We only have one body so too nourish and fuel it with everything your body truly deserves
🦩 Forgiveness is power. Holding onto stuff hurts you more than anyone else.
🫶🏼 Most of the answers you seek are right in front of them. You’ve been ignoring these answers because they seem cliché and obvious. Stop doing this.
💚 No one has all the answers
🌸 The success you see in other people is only 1% of their life. Most of what you can’t see is the negativity and failures they endure. Spend more time going beyond people’s success.
🌞 Your mind is determining how you feel. If you feel crap, change the inputs of your mind.
🪸 Happiness is found in the simple stuff. If you’re not happy, you’re trying to over complicate it.
🌻 Being kind to people always feels good.
🐉 Anyone can be inspiring including you.
💙 Business is about rallying people together. It’s not about an idea, or one person, or even coming up with something entirely new. Understand people and you’ll master business.
🪶 Time is the currency you should guard with your life. Measure and watch your time.
🧡 Sometimes, lack of planning is the best thing you can do. You can’t predict every outcome and spontaneity adds to the fun of life.
🥂 We need balance. Balance between work, travel, love, family and everything in-between.
🤸🏼‍♀️ You have advice that can help people. Share it and be a part of other people’s journeys.
🎯 The workforce has changed. Emotional intelligence, life experience and leadership are now at the top of desirable business traits.
🏖️ Nothing stays the same so don’t expect it to (especially as you get older).
💃 Learning to say no will give you the time to pursue your dream.
🫵🏼 Be honest no matter what. Tell people what you think respectfully and they’ll love you for it and if they don't then they not worth having in your circle.
😍Ideas mean nothing. Ex*****on trumps all.
🐬 The ability to make decisions quickly will help you progress in life much quicker.
💛 Reality is different for everyone so quit expecting people to see exactly what you see.
🦎 No one has time to dwell on your problems. They have enough of their own. So, make as many mistakes as you want and don’t be afraid what people think.
🐳 Fear can be controlled and once you get started, you’ll forget about it anyway. Let fear excite you and tell you that you’re breaking your comfort zone which is phenomenal.
💠 Money is boring. Wisdom is far more exciting.
🩷 There’s no time like the present to do that thing you’ve always dreamed about. Stop delaying as you may not get the chance to do that one thing ever again.
🦋Your career is defined by who you are as a person and nothing else.
Experience and skills can be learned.
🔆 Courage takes guts and it’s the first step to being a leader.
🙌🏼 Criticism and negative opinions about your life’s work are a sign that you’re making progress.
👟 Doing things that inspire you is the best feeling in the world. Chase that.
📸 The game of racking up possessions never ends. You can never own everything and everything you collect will get boring quickly. The best collection you can have is enjoyable memories.
🎢 Your dream, passion, goal is not going to find you. You must find it and that takes work.
🚀 The stuff you’re the most scared of is the very thing that will help you grow. Growing is a must.
🩵 Lying never helps you win in the long-term. The damage it causes is often hidden, but its effect will ruin your life if you don’t stop it.
❤️ The notifications on your devices are screwing with your head. Turn all of them off and see the difference it makes.
🎨 Your life is a piece of art so use it to do something creative.
📺 Sabotage TV for books and podcasts. That’s how you learn and get new ideas.
🧩 Remember that rules are just a guideline and they are open to interpretation. Nothing is absolute.
🥊 What will improve your life is giving up those things you know deep inside of you are bad for you. You know what they are. Kill them off one by one.
🤩 Quotes are profound and they can give you your own unique mantra to live your life by. Find a few that have meaning to you and put them where you can see them.
💸 There’s no limit on greed. There’s no such thing as quick money. If you win once, you’ll get complacent and loose next time around or the time after that.
🧚‍♀️ Minimalism will help accent what you love. Too much stuff will distract you
💎 Always lead with love no matter the situation “love will always override fear”
🛼 Patience is one of the hardest lessons to learn but one of the most powerful

Stop overthinking. Keep facing your true north 💠

Do not question things so much. You are on the right track. You are facing the right way. Stop overthinking it. it’s happening. And you are closer than you think

You are exactly where you need to be + things are moving at the perfect speed. Do not rush it. Now is not the time to be impatient, now is the time to walk steady. There is no rush. What you are building is being built. What you have planted soon will blossom. With every new day, a new brick is being laid. You have come a long way. The foundations are steady.. now all that is needed is for you to trust + keep walking forward

If a thought that things should be moving faster enters your head, that is just your ego comparing your rising to someone else. Comparison is not your friend. Stay in your lane, water your own garden, knowing that your time to bloom will come soon

During my Cancer Journey I have had so many different types of abundance flow into my world and just won’t to share one business who made a massive difference for me was the beautiful Heart Place Hospital 🏥 yes there is a real “Heart felt health care facility” out there 🫶🏼

I had been wanting to go on deep Soul Retrieval/Spiritual Healing Journey for a while but more so when I got diagnosed with Breast Cancer at the beginning of the year, I knew if I was to fully heal from this beast I needed to heal on ALL levels and not just physically….. so I mean on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level!!!

Jacqui OConnor the founder of Heart Place Hospital and my beautiful Spiritual coach Victoria Bond worked together to help make it possible for me to go through and intense 6 weeks of deep deep healing where I went to the core of me all whilst being in the midst of an intense 4 weeks of Radiation Therapy.

The whole experience as been truly magical and still so much unravelling is happening, old parts of me that are no longer serving me for my highest self are dissolving, I’m standing stronger, I’m honouring myself and everything about me on such a deeper level and I’m embracing the new in a completely unique and different way 🙌🏼🌼

Everything has changed. You can't go back to who/what you use to be but you can't quite go forward yet.

Stop & read 🥰🥰

′′Let go the people who are not prepared to love you. This is the hardest thing you will have to do in your life and it will also be the most important thing. Stop having hard conversations with people who don't want change.

Stop showing up for people who have no interest in your presence. I know your instinct is to do everything to earn the appreciation of those around you, but it's a boost that steals your time, energy, mental and physical health.

When you begin to fight for a life with joy, interest and commitment, not everyone will be ready to follow you in this place. This doesn't mean you need to change what you are, it means you should let go of the people who aren't ready to accompany you.

If you are excluded, insulted, forgotten or ignored by the people you give your time to, you don't do yourself a favor by continuing to offer your energy and your life. The truth is that you are not for everyone and not everyone is for you.

That's what makes it so special when you meet people who reciprocate love. You will know how precious you are.

The more time you spend trying to make yourself loved by someone who is unable to, the more time you waste depriving yourself of the possibility of this connection to someone else.

There are billions of people on this planet and many of them will meet with you at your level of interest and commitment.

The more you stay involved with people who use you as a pillow, a background option or a therapist for emotional healing, the longer you stay away from the community you want.

Maybe if you stop showing up, you won't be wanted. Maybe if you stop trying, the relationship will end. Maybe if you stop texting your phone will stay dark for weeks. That doesn't mean you ruined the relationship, it means the only thing holding it back was the energy that only you gave to keep it. This is not love, it's attachment. It's wanting to give a chance to those who don't deserve it. You deserve so much, there are people who should not be in your life.

The most valuable thing you have in your life is your time and energy, and both are limited. When you give your time and energy, it will define your existence.

When you realize this, you begin to understand why you are so anxious when you spend time with people, in activities, places or situations that don't suit you and shouldn't be around you, your energy is stolen.

You will begin to realize that the most important thing you can do for yourself and for everyone around you is to protect your energy more fiercely than anything else. Make your life a safe haven, in which only ′′compatible′′ people are allowed.

You are not responsible for saving anyone. You are not responsible for convincing them to improve. It's not your work to exist for people and give your life to them! If you feel bad, if you feel compelled, you will be the root of all your problems, fearing that they will not return the favours you have granted. It's your only obligation to realize that you are the love of your destiny and accept the love you deserve.

Decide that you deserve true friendship, commitment, true and complete love with healthy and prosperous people. Then wait and see how much everything begins to change. Don't waste time with people who are not worth it. Change will give you the love, the esteem, happiness and the protection you deserve."

I’m back, thank you for your patience 🙏

The past 6months have been a crazily wild but a beautiful sacred journey 💠

However this whole Cancer Journey was one I never wish upon anyone, the mental exhaustion from trying to be heard from the medical professionals was so so draining especially when your number one priority was to remove all unnecessary stress from your life so your #1 priority could be healing and fighting this horrible disease!

However I’m excited to share with you my journey, the steps I led as I walked this journey and still am walking in hope to inspire just 1 person how to lead whole heartedly from a place of LOVE and not FEAR no matter what the circumstances/event is.

There will be deep core conversations over the next few months but I feel if your reading this you are in a place where your ready to see and hear an experience something outside the box but I believe will enlighten you and many others to express their whole self and embrace their gifts no matter what situation they are in 🔆

Life is so precious and what i really truly took on board with everything esp over the past few years is “YOU” are the driver behind the steering wheel of your life so it’s “YOU” and only you that knows what’s Right and what’s Wrong and when things need to Change.

Stop waiting for approval or looking for validation you can search and search but the TRUTH is no one is coming to save you, we need to do it ourselves to learn the lesson otherwise it will continue and continue until we surrender and acknowledge it, but always know all the real answers will always reside within our HEART 💜

Hey beautiful souls Energy update for this next Full Pink Moon 🌕💗🫶🏼

It’s been a little while since I felt like writing, as just like everyone, I have to do my own spiritual journeying & introspection, with this last journey being one mighty depth, rebirth & shamanic healing.

Life has been beyond hard for many, evolving, shifting, changing, turbulence, unearthing big truths & reality checks, rose tinted glasses & illusions shattered, masks fall off, ugly humans exposed, it’s like the world & it’s inhabitants went mad & imploded….soul destroying & shaking….everyone has shattered, splattered, short circuited, thinking what happened to me, the world, life…..

But here you/me/we sit….

We survived …YES we survived what we all thought we couldn’t get through or endure!

Although at times we all wondered….

Amazingly we didn’t just survive, we transformed within this mighty process….

Just like a butterfly, we had to give up all we thought we were, we needed, we cling onto in the old life, shrivel up & be bound in a cocoon, to cringe in pain & agony till we break free of bindings & our guilted gages….to rebirth, re-emerge, alive, free, we earnt our wings, or wisdom, or knowing, or trusting self…..we learnt to love & embrace self through all stages of life…..

Today the 4:4 portal
Feel the inner strength returning.

4:4 the portal of new foundations & structures forms around you.

Strong healthy foundations & boundaries are built & forged for the next phase of our journeys, as we head towards the full moon illumination of Libra…..the balance…the scales…the mighty sword of truth is exposed & wielded for truth & justice ….nothing insidious & poisonous can remain in the shadowlands.

All this set in Cardinal Fire Aries ….the patriarchy & all it’s toxic or archaic control, strong arming, dictating will be met with an equal & opposing force of energy…..to restore truth, justice & balance.

There will be many battle lines drawn, crossed & finally defeated….as the truth & universal laws must overcome to reign supreme….
The battle of shadow & light….returns to balance after the equinox & before the upcoming eclipses.

Today ….we are asked….
Are we a prisoner of the past?

Life is what we make it….
If you don’t like it….change the way you look at it, think about it, react…that you always have power & the ability to regain control or focus.

Please remember….after life’s storm…
Look for the rainbow…the beauty…the master rays to bring you home to self….
This can literally be a rainbow, nature, or the kaleidoscope of divine souls that you have surrounding you that light up your world…until you can plug back in & shine brighter than ever before….

4:4 portal is gifting us all the solid foundations to rebuild our life, home, self & castles…
Our homes are our castles, if it’s a tent, tin shed, or home….home is where the heart is…

It’s a time to feel your worth, your power and your ability to direct your life 💫

It’s a time to surrender and let the flow of life take you where you are meant to go as we have control of the steering wheel and always have our intuition to guide us in the right direction 🦋 (which so many forget to use and acknowledge most of the time).

It’s time to focus on your “Self Worth” that you are good enough for your dreams and in many ways too so do not settle for mediocre. We need to stop underestimating ourselves and Trust the Process and stop giving away our power to others and then wonder why we are depleted and drained.

It’s time to take your Power back and feel the magic within. You are in charge of your life, yes you have to honour the currents of change but you are always the one making the final decision.

People keep sending such beautiful messages recently to me celebrating with me on how far I have come esp so the last 3 years after spiralling out of control (yup I’m only human) and trust me when I say this I have been working so hard the last few years to come back home within but especially in 2022!

2022 has asked a lot from me…to let go, to surrender, to fold back within myself like the collapsing of time.
Returning me to the cells where life first began.
Returning me to my destiny.
Returning me to the heart of my heart and the soul of my soul.

I have been called to grow, to change, to give up and start again, and again, and again.
It has felt intense, challenging and even unravelling (not a word I would ever have thought to use but is so the new norm for me lol)

I have travelled through my own personal expressions of birth-life-rebirth-transformation and now - expansion.

Spiritual, energetic and even structural, expansion of the Self.

An entirely unapologetic expansion of my true Self is unfolding and boy I’m excited!!!

But here’s the thing I had reached a precipice, a tipping point and I needed to experience everything I did to come across ConTact C.A.R.E and boy oh boy, i have been waiting so patiently (hardest lesson to date esp when going head on with your shadow in more than one encounter!!)

Me being me I truly love using nature and our animals to guide me along this journey of mine I feel they appear for perfect reasoning on all levels and this past week I have continued to see cicadas and who would of guessed the Cicada is a universe sign for helping you understand and be in tune with yourself by aiding in uncovering profound truths and thoughts that have been forgotten.

For me in the past I had found it hard to understand and be comfortable with living breathing and embodying my true self every single day, some days I’d feel utterly lost and not knowing where to look afraid of judgement and the fear that suffocated me from feeling this way for so many years was horrible and led me to some of my darkest days but I know hand on heart I needed to experience what I went through to get to this point because deep down I knew that the information and insight that i was constantly seeking through using and doing other things was all along lying just below the surface, guarded only by blockades that id created for myself over the years!

When ConTact C.A.R.E came into my life I knew this was the missing piece to the puzzle 🧩 I knew it would set me free of so much that was trapped within side of me, but don’t get me wrong I’ve also had to do a lot of hours of un programming, generational cord cutting, self care and healing but the most simplest form of freedom came after my first ever treatment and still to this day I remember it so clearly. It all just made sense of what was going on internally and externally in my worlds then the growth, the breakthroughs, the unravelling process that followed after each session holy s**t what an experience one I had never experienced before but was so simple and made so much sense and from that day onwards I knew I had found my passion that thing that would make the biggest impact in the world! It would seperate me from the everyday world (I’m not one for the box lol) ALL whilst helping make a massive impact on so many levels for everyone around me 2 & 4 legged 😉

And with that renewal, growth, and positive transformations have been forming ever sense on such a high level

There is a new structure emerging for 2023 - both personal and collective.

New, expansive inner guidelines. New, updated beliefs. New connections. New gifts.

Dreams which have remained dormant for centuries, now feel like new possibilities.

The sky is the limit and the time to shine is NOW my beautiful friends so reach out, let’s connect and come back home within 💋
