Today at Greendale, we proudly celebrated International Nurses Day and recognised the incredible dedication, compassion, and care that make our community feel like home. 👩‍⚕️✨

Our wonderful residents surprised Keryn, our Clinical Nurse Manager, with a beautiful handmade card and flowers as a heartfelt thank you for everything she does each and every day. 🌸💐

Greendale residents enjoyed a fascinating day out at the Faraday Centre 🏛️, our local Museum of Technology. It’s a hands‑on place where you can see, explore, and even touch amazing items from years gone by 🔧📻.

From vintage machinery to early electrical inventions ⚙️💡, the Faraday Centre brings history to life in a way that’s fun for all ages. It’s the perfect outing for anyone curious about how technology shaped the world we live in today 🌍.

Getting to know Greendale Residential Care in Napier 🌿🏡

Did you know we have an onsite Hair Salon with all the bells and whistles? 💇‍♀️✨ Every Friday Fiona, our friendly and chatty resident hairdresser, visits for trims, perms, and a good natter with residents. ✂️💬 It’s more than haircare it’s connection, pampering, and plenty of smiles. 😊

If residents would like a Friday appointment with Fiona please advise one of our wonderful staff and they will add your loved one to the list.

Come for the haircut, stay for the conversation. 💖
