I've taken some days off this week to sort my home studio out.

I've decided to open up this Saturday for treatments.

Brainspotting, The Slow Drop and Monique's famous Holistic Face Massages available. Maybe 1 Massage too (you'll have to be fast though).

It's my last 6 weeks in the Napier cbd. I'm moving on to new premises (more on that later) + my skincare will be made at a new home studio.

Want to get on my massage table? Get a face massage? Release some trauma with brainspotting?

I've just opened up my online booking system and temporarily increased my availability. All of my services are available to book - including massages.

I've even opened up a couple of Saturdays.

You know the rules - 24 hours notice at least if you can't make it. No creeps. Turn up on time.

Move fast. Get that Monique magic while you can.

Big little update

In about 6 weeks I’ll be moving out of my current lease - not because of drama, just because I don’t need a full-time space anymore.

My skincare will be made from a new home studio (same magic, just less rent to pay), and I’ll still be massaging and brainspotting… just in new spots.

I’ll be working as a freelance therapist which means I can finally say yes to the opportunities that come my way and spread the Monique magic a little further. (Auckland - I'm looking at you!)

For now I’m on the hunt for a gorgeous room to sublease or rent two days a week in Napier, and maybe a day a week or fortnight in Hastings. If you know of a space that feels like it’s been waiting for me, send it my way. No rush. I won't force anything. It'd be nice to rest for a bit.

Change is good. My hands are still here. My door’s just moving.
