Neuropuncture supports ADHD, enhancing focus & divergence.

ADHD is often misunderstood, but it comes with remarkable advantages. People with ADHD frequently exhibit higher divergent thinking skills, allowing them to generate innovative ideas and solve problems in unique ways. This ability to think outside the box can make them exceptional creators, innovators, and problem-solvers in both personal and professional life.

Beyond creativity, ADHD can also enhance psychological resilience. Facing daily challenges associated with attention regulation often strengthens adaptability, perseverance, and the ability to bounce back from setbacks. This combination of creative thinking and resilience gives individuals with ADHD an edge in navigating complex situations and achieving long-term goals.

Embracing these strengths can transform the narrative around ADHD. Recognising the potential for creativity, innovation, and mental toughness allows those affected to harness their abilities fully and thrive. ADHD is not just a challenge to overcome; it is a source of unique talents that can lead to extraordinary accomplishments when channelled effectively. Understanding and supporting these traits can help society appreciate the hidden potential in neurodiversity.

I spoke at my first Pod Cast last night via Breathwork Collective hosted by Amanda Wright founder of Breathe Wright. The subject was Neuroscience Qi gong & Breathwork. Thank you for inviting me.

I mentioned observing oneself in the Qi gong space & the world around us. Read below. New findings in observations.

Posting the pod cast on YouTube soon.

This is what reality looks like when perception shapes existence.

Quantum physics shows that particles and systems behave differently depending on whether they are observed. The act of measurement itself influences outcomes, suggesting that the observer isn’t just watching reality—they’re subtly shaping it. Experiments like the double-slit test reveal that particles can act as waves or particles depending on observation, challenging our classical understanding of a fixed, independent universe.

It’s a mind-bending reminder that reality may not be fully separate from consciousness and that the world we see is intertwined with the one who sees it.

I teach ancient philosophy because I resonate with relevant ancient doctrines. This is one of them.

Happy Chinese New year.

In ancient Chinese mythology, when the world’s old patterns could no longer hold, a being called the Dragon-Horse ~ Longma 龙马 ~ would rise from the Yellow River.

Scaled like a dragon, fast as a horse, it carried on its back a new cosmic map: a sign that Heaven was ready to rewrite what had grown rigid, unjust, or out of balance.

It appears when systems have hardened, when power has become disconnected from life, when the old order must make way for the truth. In the earliest texts, its arrival marks a shift in destiny ~ the end of one era and the beginning of another.

Fire Horse energy is not about destruction for its own sake: it is about clearing what no longer serves.

It is the force that pushes through fear, stagnation, and inherited structures, making room for justice, breath, and new possibility to enter.

As we move into this new year, we run alongside the Fire Horse.

Now we are firmly in 2026 remember to stay linked in to the 21st Century Neuropuncture mindset in terms of treating emotional well-being & injury.

Neuropuncture targets the central nervous system & specific pathological regions of the brain to neuro-regulate & neuro-rehabilitate the cerebral areas via Neuroplasticity, stabilising brain chemistry via neuromodulation; targeting specific receptors to release specific neuro chemicals, dopamine, serotonin GABA, benzodiazepine, melatonin, BDNF & GDNF.

New research suggests Alzheimers may be an autoimmune condition creating inflammatory responses. Changing perception and opening the door for Neuropuncture as a treatment option.

A long-standing belief about Alzheimer’s disease is now being reexamined — and it could completely change how we understand the illness. For decades, scientists blamed Alzheimer’s on the buildup of beta-amyloid plaques in the brain. But a growing body of research points to a different possibility: Alzheimer’s may actually be an autoimmune disease.

This emerging theory is based on more than 30 years of scientific research. Scientists now suggest that beta-amyloid isn’t a faulty or toxic protein at all. Instead, it may play a role in the brain’s natural immune defense system, originally designed to protect the brain from injury, infection, and invading microbes.

The problem begins when this defense system goes wrong. Certain fat molecules found in bacterial membranes closely resemble those in brain cells. Because of this similarity, beta-amyloid may mistakenly attack healthy brain tissue while trying to defend against perceived threats. Over time, this immune confusion triggers chronic inflammation, damages neurons, and leads to the gradual memory loss and cognitive decline associated with dementia.

Viewing Alzheimer’s through an autoimmune lens shifts the direction of treatment. Rather than focusing solely on removing beta-amyloid, researchers could target immune regulation, inflammation control, and the brain’s defense pathways. This may help explain why many amyloid-focused drugs have failed — and why new approaches could be far more effective.

Autoimmune diseases occur when the immune system turns against the body, as seen in conditions like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and multiple sclerosis. If Alzheimer’s belongs in this category, it could open the door to entirely new therapies — and renewed hope for millions worldwide.
