What inspires you to be truly alive in your world?

For me, it's to walk in nature and be softly immersed. Opening my senses to the beauty, radiance and aliveness of creativity that I observe in the movements of nature.

To breathe in the gladness of being alive right now, to breathe out and let go of tension, resistance and any emotions inside that are present.

I often walk alone for this reason, so I can bring my senses open and aware, inside and out, feeling everything that is alive in me.

When it's been a while since I've felt truly alive, it's often a sign I am not quite alright inside. When I touch into my senses within and feel, listen, connect - I can then release what it is that's there, waiting for the time to be witnessed and seen/felt. I might cry, definitely I breathe and sometimes I tone to help release the energy in my body. Then I feel better... I can feel truly alive again.

For you, this is a reminder that I am here to be your guide and help in any emotional release process that's needed.
