Dear souls,

I will be on pause from 6th July until 27th July 2025. All mat classes are on pause till then. Please, contact me if you'd like to book a session or massage after I return. Thank you for your patience and I look forward to resuming at the end of July. Wishing you all a very calm and present body in every moment of your day-to-day life. Keep up the practice. 🙏

~Thursdays:
Bodylight® -a fusion of Yoga, Pilates and Qigong + short relaxation
Usual Time: 7am - 8am
Place and address: Koru Centre, Level One/243 Trafalgar Street, Nelson 7010

~Fridays - new space!*:
Yogic Practice (Asana, Pranayama, Mudra Meditation/Guided relaxation)
Usual Time: 7 am - 8 am
Place and address: Connect Centre Pilates, 121 Trafalgar Street, Nelson 7010

* Connect Centre Pilates - we are on the first floor, with lots of free parking on the main street/square nearby, bring your blanket/extra clothing for Yoga Nidra, mats provided however if you have your own and would prefer that, you can bring it with you and put on the top of the studio one.

Dear souls,

My holiday is coming to an end. It was blisfull, amazing time to spend in nature and another culture. I'm deeply humbled by this experience and all people I met along the way. I am back at work on 9th September and ready to dive into movement and massage sessions.

I'll give an update about mat classes soon - stay tuned, but we will start on Wed 11th!

For private sessions/massages, message me to book in. For all regular private clients, sessions are as confirmed.

Dear people, I would like to let you know that I will be away from 23rd July to 7th September (6 weeks) for a little trip to Europe (visiting my family) and some traveling in Indonesia. All the group classes will be on hold, unfortunately. When I come back, we'll resume!

Before I go, I am taking the last bookings for a massage or movement session. For those, who haven't tried my offerings yet and wish to book in, I offer a 20% discount on the first session.
