Is it your Thyroid?
Under or over-active thyroid function can have you feeling pretty miserable. One can cause you to feel tired, heavy, puffy,and unmotivated; the other can cause you to feel hyper, restless, sweaty and anxious (amongst other things).

Is your gallbladder playing up? If you've had digestive discomfort (showing up as some of the following symptoms), it could be your gallbladder:
- Bitter taste in the mouth and/or burping
- Bowel looseness (clay-coloured stools)
- Dizziness, Headache (esp.over the eyes)
- Feelings of fullness, and/or nausea
- Pain between shoulder blades
- Pain or discomfort in the right upper abdomen

Foods that can exacerbate a gallbladder issue:
Eggs, Pork, Milk, high-fat foods/meals
