The transition into parenthood is powerful – and it can feel like a lot. This 10-week course is designed to support you through your fourth trimester with care, connection and evidence-based guidance.

Each session will include a parenting topic, honest kōrero and space for you to bring questions or chat – refreshments included.

I am seeking five lovely mothers who had belly birth to assist me in completing some case studies for a recent training I have finished.

You should be at least 12 weeks postpartum, (regardless of how long it has been since your delivery after your birthing), not currently infected or experiencing inflammation (with healed scar). If your scar affects you, I would love to help

Sessions will be complimentary in exchange for collaborating closely with me and granting permission to record any enhancements/changes. If you are interested, please don't hesitate to reach out. Keep in mind that it's first come, first served, as I can only accommodate five individuals. 🧚🏼‍♀️
