Just when life was about to settle after completing renovations to my kitchen, this happens. TDC are replacing the watermain in Queen St right at my front gate. Apparently it may take up to six weeks 😬

You'll need to come via Kihilla and Eversley then left onto Queen and walk down the hill. Or you can get to Queen St via Churchill and Warwick St. The works finish at #85 Queen so not too much further up than me.

Yes it is noisy but only intermittently and fortunately the clinic is far enough from the road that it’s not too hard to cope with.

At least the sun is shining.

Wishing everyone a very happy Christmas and holiday season. Time to catch up with family and friends and recharge after what has been a tough year for many.

Having just been away I am staying close to home for the next few weeks. I shall be in clinic but with reduced hours and days. I’m fully booked for the next couple of weeks but if you really do need to see me give me a call, text or email in case someone changes or cancels their appointment and I can fit you in.

Here’s to a peaceful and prosperous 2025 for all of us.

I shall be away from the clinic from tomorrow 4 September until Monday 16 September. Time for me to do what I tell so many who come to see me in clinic - take a break and recharge my batteries. Spring is a time of renewal and new beginnings - perfect for some leisurely days and catching up with good friends.

Wishing everyone a very happy Lunar New Year. This year is the year of the Wood Dragon. In Chinese astrology the dragon is considered to be the most powerful and auspicious of the twelve animals. A dragon year is thought to be a year of innovation, vision and growth, a good year to pursue your dreams or to start new ventures.
Today is the beginning of the lunar new year but festivities continue through for the next two weeks, ending with the Lantern Festival. This is an important time to get together with friends and family, to share a meal, to enjoy each others' company. Even better is that today in particular is a day for no housework! Not a good idea to go sweeping out all the good fortune for the year ahead😄
