Our Story

Join me Monday nights for a fun, easy and yet life changing class.

A mixture of easy dance exercise, stretching and meditations. It is my mission to help as many people as I can to start to change direction and redirect their mind, to raise their vibration and feel calm and confident. I had lived with a vile anxiety disorder for too long and I now live in my truth, which is so much more peaceful. I would love to guide and teach you with this lovely class.
