Focus this session links to the summer element of fire - a very yang time of year, representing a time of growth, joy, outgoingness and spiritual awareness.

Our Focus this Month is Heart Opening Yoga!

Heart opening yoga is great to increase flexibility and mobility in the chest, upper spine and shoulders - improving our posture while releasing and creating space in our bodies.

Improves circulation and blood flow to the heart which helps our bodies transition into sleep easier and have a deeper rest.

Improves lung function as the chest and lungs expand, allowing more oxygen flow which helps to improve energy levels.

Our heart opening yoga may help release emotional blockages, letting go of stress and anxiety while creating space to experience more love, joy, forgiveness and compassion in our lives.

If you would like to join our Monthly Full Moon Flow and Restore Sessions to deepen this practice - next session is on

Sunday 21st July 10am-12pm at Saxton Netball Rooms - $25

Awaken the Light!
Come and join us to celebrate the Winter Solstice and the full moon of June with a grounding flow and restore yoga session.

Sunday 23rd June 10-12 at Richmond School Hall - $25

The Winter Solstice marks the delicate dance between the poles of light and dark.
While the winter season represents the yin qualities of slowness, reflection and receptivity, the solstice also marks the cyclical return of sunlight.

As we connect with the natural rhythms of our earth, tuning into and aligning ourselves with nature - we offer a time to pause and reflect so that we live guided and filled with intention.

This month's floor based practice offers an opportunity to connect with the light within, connect with a candle flame and cultivate a sense of inner stillness and resilience.
We honor the darkness and embrace the potential for renewal and growth that lies within ourselves and the world around us.

Wrap up warm and bring your mats and blankets, spare bolsters and blocks will be available.
