We’re so excited to invite you to a restorative weekend yoga immersion at Founders Park with the radiant Julie Stephens — a gentle, nourishing pause to reset your body, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the coming stillness of autumn moving into winter.
What to expect
Saturday: Flow, breathwork, Foundations workshop, and movement with Julie — deliciously grounding and accessible for all levels. Julie’s 26+ years of teaching bring a warm, intuitive approach that helps you move beyond the surface of a usual yoga class.
Sunday: More amazing yoga and a backbends workshop. I’ll be guiding a warm, practical Microbiome Workshop in the middle of the day— an easy, heart‑led dive into how to tend your inner garden: reduce bloating, lift brain fog, calm inflammation, and feel more energised through simple food and lifestyle shifts.
