Our Awesome Arielle is having a lovely holiday next week, so that means that unfortunately there will be no Pilates class at 6pm on Monday 22nd September.

The Lovely Laura will take the class at 6pm on Wednesday 24th September.

We have a few spaces left on our next course of Stronger for Longer, which starts on Wednesday this week, 6th August.

This is a ten week course for older adults to help you stay stronger for longer through life, to keep your functional independence and prevent falls. It is a fun and challenging physio-led group session with mobility, strength and stability exercises for everyday life.

$160 for the block of ten classes with a maximum of 8 to a group.
