That’s what I typed into Google at 3:12 AM… after realizing my heart rate was sitting at 91 BPM while lying in bed, doing absolutely nothing.
I wasn’t stressed. I wasn’t drinking caffeine. I wasn’t even thinking about anything serious.
And yet my body thought I was sprinting.

For three years, I’d been dealing with this strange combination of:
