Stand up paddle board yoga started at Tahunanui beach 10 years ago with yours truly and and for the past few years I’ve worked with the dream team at Moana Paddle Nelson to make it happen.
It is a modified practice to suit the instability of the board including meditation, breathwork, warmups, a strong sequence followed by a sweet wind down that ends literally floating in savasana. Bliss.
We have all levels join us, some complete beginners! Paddle boarding experience is not necessary.
We are taking bookings for Sundays @ 8.30am over at www.paddlenelson.co.nz and if there’s demand will head out on Tuesday mornings too. Get in touch for group bookings too if you have a special event coming up
