It has certainly been a lot more chilly in the mornings here in Nelson!

Have you checked out Can Do Kids Academy yet? Such a lovely and inspiring page and website. Lots of fabulous read-aloud book recommendations and soooo many resources (lots are free), centered around morphology! 💚 Check it out and let me know what inspires you! 🔖📗🥰

'Micromallows', where have you been all my life? lol. I'm a bit of a sucker for small and cute things, so when I happened upon these in the weekend I couldn't resist! 💜

'Never-Know' our resident snail was super happy to munch on lots of bugs 🐛🐞 ! My client enjoyed saying "chew" many times, to practice their target sound 'ch'. Win..win!

FAQ💥:
💬 1. Do you work with preschoolers? Yes I do, for speech and language delays and disorders.
💬 2. Do you only work with literacy? No! My clients needs are varied. Some have a reading, spelling and/or writing focus but others have other communication needs (speech clarity, for example).

It's been a super busy start to the year at 'Literacy-Plus SLT'. Not so much for our fur baby Ari, of whom enjoys some very lazy days. He particularly loves my home office chair (AKA his bed!). 💺🥰.

Here's a gorgeous giggle for you.

I LOOOOVE morphology and matrices. Can Do Kids Academy released a fabulous and FREE bundle the other day, targeting the base 'pack'. Very relevant for this time of year. I had to laugh when I saw the 'suffix' that my client had written at the top. 💙 the humour! 🤣
