Heartsharing Circle

Hi, I’m Jenny.
I’ve been involved in Heartsharing circles for several years, and for me they are a deeply powerful and nourishing way to process whatever is present in my life at the time.

Heartsharing isn’t about telling the story — it’s about sharing what’s sitting in your heart.
The good, the uncomfortable, and the painful are all welcome.

This is an invitation to slow down, to give yourself space and time to gently work through whatever you’re carrying. There is something profoundly healing about being witnessed and energetically held while you process — and equally beautiful about holding space and witnessing another.
Confidentiality is paramount.
There is no fixing, rescuing, or offering feedback, unless someone specifically asks for support.

Last night was my first event as an MC, I had planned to work with my cards and talk about what came up. The cards for the first time had nothing to say?? Oh so that's the message
" No more hiding behind the cards,your job, your gifts,whatever you hide behind,step out and let the world see you" well played cards, well played
JJ Foss is a wonderful poet and entertainer, Jan Maree McArtist painted the energy of the room, the art work is incredible and Jacky's husband played the Cello.
It was a wonderful night and I loved being part of it 🍀🙏💜
