Do you ever pause to consider the energy of the space you live in?

Today I am celebrating a special milestone — the anniversary of moving into our home 16 years ago.

This home has grown and evolved with us.
It has held so many chapters of our lives — raising our children, building our businesses, navigating change, and creating new dreams.

Our homes quietly witness it all.
It holds our memories, our laughter, our challenges, and our growth.

Interestingly, our home carries the vibration of number 6.

In numerology, a 6 home is known as the house of love, family, and nurturing. It is said to hold strong energy for raising children, caring for others, building community, and creating a space where people feel supported and safe (perfect for a home healing business!)

This home has truly lived the energy of a 6. 🖤

Today, to honour this space and all it has held for our family, I performed a house blessing — clearing the energy and setting intention for the years ahead.

The blessing I shared with my home was this:

🖤𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟳.

That was the year I 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗲.

I had studied bookkeeping because it genuinely interested me. My husband runs his own business, and I could see how valuable those skills were. I also loved the idea of helping other small businesses while creating something of my own.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 $𝟭𝟳,𝟱𝟬𝟬.

At the time, some of the 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 and weren’t convinced it was the right path for me. But something inside me knew I needed to try.

So I did what I always do - 𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

For three years I ran that bookkeeping business. During that time I supported clients, learned systems, built confidence, and developed skills that I still use today.

Eventually, though, I realised something important.

While I enjoyed helping people, the work itself was becoming energetically taxing for me. Around that same time my interest in crystal healing and energy work was beginning to grow stronger.

So after three years I made the decision to close the bookkeeping business.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲.

Because trying and learning is never failure — the only real failure is never trying at all.

That chapter gave me skills, confidence, and experience that now support the businesses I run today.

Looking back, I can see it clearly.

That chapter was always part of the plan.

Sometimes the path we walk isn’t the final destination… it’s simply preparing us for the work we are truly meant to do.

I share this with you as getting to where I am today has not been straightforward. It's been a road of trust and an inner knowing that has lead me to my life passion.

🖤𝗔𝗻𝘅𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 = 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

From my perspective, anxiety isn’t random. It’s energy.

Sometimes it’s:
• A nervous system on high alert
• Intuition without grounding
• Unprocessed emotion sitting in the solar plexus
• Too much energy in the upper chakras

We’ve been conditioned to label it as “bad.”

But often it’s communication.

The key isn’t suppressing it.
The key is supporting the body properly.

Here are practical things that genuinely help:

🌏𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁

Anxiety is excess energy rising upward.
Bring it down.

• Bare feet on the earth
• Slow walking focusing on your feet
• Cold water on wrists or back of neck
• Longer exhales than inhales (4 in, 6 out)
• Sit with your back against a tree

If the body feels safe, the intensity drops.

💛𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝘅𝘂𝘀

This is your centre of personal power, confidence and inner stability.

Place your hand just above your navel.
Breathe slowly into that space and lengthen your exhale.

Other simple ways to support this centre include:

• Solar Plexus meditations to restore balance and confidence
• Eating yellow foods such as bananas, pineapple, lemon, yellow capsicum or corn
• Getting sunlight on your body — this chakra responds strongly to solar energy
• Gentle core movement such as twisting, stretching or walking
• Speaking your truth and setting small, healthy boundaries
• Working with supportive crystals such as Citrine or Tiger’s Eye

The Solar Plexus thrives when you reconnect with your own sense of direction and personal power.

🖤Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children through energetic clearing and stabilisation.

What I’ve learned is this:
𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀.

I have three signature sessions — each one delivered to me through my spiritual team — and each one offers something completely different.

Q.L.M. stands for Quantum Light Modality.

And it came to me in a dream.

Not just the name… but the framework. The feeling of it. The way it moves through the quantum field.

Since then, it has continued to evolve with every session.

I always set a clear intention before we begin. I understand the structure. I know the energetic pathways we’re working within.

But I stay open.

Almost every time, on the morning of a Q.L.M. session, information begins to come through.

Images.
Emotions.
Fragments of something deeper.

I jot them down quietly before the session begins — and then I trust what unfolds.

Today’s session was incredible. A past-life thread revealed itself, carrying unresolved grief that had echoed into this lifetime. Once the root imprint was seen and cleared, the energy softened immediately.

That’s the beauty of this work.

It isn’t just about past lives.
It isn’t just about clearing meridians.
It isn’t just about activating your Merkabah.
It isn’t just about inviting your spirit team forward.

Sometimes it’s all of it.

Sometimes it’s simply about holding a safe, sovereign field and allowing the quantum layers to reorganise in the way they’re ready to.

I finished today feeling expanded. Clear. Deeply grateful.
